Comprising a Teapot, Sugar Basket and Cream Jug, all lobed and enameled with gryphons and flowering foliage on grounds of sky blue, avocado, aubergine, sea green, pink, cream, turquoise and teal blue, the teapot with hinged cover, bud finial and triple scroll handle; a Caddy Spoon, Sugar Tongs, Straining Spoon and Lemon Fork, each piece enameled en suite. Although this set is marked by Ovchinnikov, it is almost certainly the work of Feodor Ruckert. Enamels by Ruckert were commonly retailed by others.
